Nvidia buys Hugging Face for $12.93 billion

Jensen Huang confirmed it in a post this morning: "I'm excited to announce that NVIDIA has agreed to acquire Hugging Face for $12,930,300,000." Last week the deal was a report from unnamed sources. Today there's an 8-K, and the company that sells most of the silicon owns the platform where 18 million developers download the weights.
